SALON COORDINATOR
We are seeking a Salon Coordinator to join our team! Salon Coordinator provides support for salon Stylists and Owners.
Responsibilities:

Provide information about the products and services to guests and potential guests

Assist guests with purchasing retail and gift cards
-
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
-
Managing inventory and ordering retail product
-
Manage sales people and solicitors
-
Assisting with salon events
-
Light cleaning and upkeep of the salon towels and capes
-
Assisting in digital marketing and social media content
-
Light administrative duties

​Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask
-
Positive and professional demeanor
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Knowledge base of social media platforms and computer skills

Quick decision maker
-
Efficient with completing tasks in a timely manner

Flexible and able to adapt to changes throughout the day

Salon experience is a plus but not a requirement
