We are seeking a Salon Coordinator to join our team! Salon Coordinator provides support for salon Stylists and Owners.

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide information about the products and services to guests and potential guests

• Assist guests with purchasing retail and gift cards

• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

• Managing inventory and ordering retail product

• Manage sales people and solicitors

• Assisting with salon events

• Light cleaning and upkeep of the salon towels and capes

• Assisting in digital marketing and social media content

• Light administrative duties

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Positive and professional demeanor

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Knowledge base of social media platforms and computer skills

• Quick decision maker

• Efficient with completing tasks in a timely manner

• Flexible and able to adapt to changes throughout the day

• Salon experience is a plus but not a requirement
