I have been a hairstylist for 5 years.  My favorite part of doing hair is making guests feel like their best selves when they leave the salon. I always try to give that extra minute of scalp massage when shampooing to help destress and make my guests feel really pampered so they can take on the day!

 

I studied nursing before I found my real passion for hair and all things beauty related. Though, It was always in the back of my mind. I would spend hours a day in my teen years watching how to videos on hair and makeup, and I tried it all on myself throughout high school which made for some interesting school photos!

 

When I am not in the salon, my husband and I love to take our two dogs on hikes. Getting lost in the mountains off roading with no cell service is a favorite past time of ours! And we’re a pretty great duo when it comes to road trips!

 

 Something many may not know about me is I love to go watch karaoke and cheer everyone on and sing along with them! But you’ll never catch me on stage! I am way too shy and introverted to ever get on stage - though at work in my happy place; I tend to come off more of as more of an extrovert.
